Cancelling an online order
You may cancel before dispatch, or within 14 days after receiving your kit, without giving a reason. Email sales@solar2go.uk with your name, order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You then have 14 days to return the goods.
Returns and refunds
Return the complete kit securely packed. You may inspect it as you would in a shop; a deduction may apply for loss of value caused by handling beyond that. Refunds include the original standard delivery charge, but not any premium delivery upgrade. We refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier.
For a change-of-mind return, contact us for UK return instructions and suitable collection options before sending any goods. You do not need to return goods overseas.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
Contact us so we can arrange an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs. Any manufacturer warranty is additional to your statutory rights.
